Join owners and senior management of insurance networks, carriers, wholesalers, program administrators, and other industry providers in Chicago, August 11-13, 2021!
There are a limited number of vendor tables. 6′ trade show tables may be reserved for $500. Placement of vendor tables at the Insurance Networks Alliance event will be determined by the number of table requests and volume of attendees. Tables are reserved by number, on a first-come-first-serve basis. The intimate nature of our meeting space will ensure easy access to attendees for all vendor tables. Please note, this is a business casual function.
- Set up for the Trade Show may begin on Wednesday, August 11th after 6:00 p.m.
- Tear down of the Trade Show may begin on Thursday, August 12th after 4:00 p.m.
- AV Equipment rentals may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org using the Service Provider Trade Show AV Order Form
PLEASE NOTE: This is a tabletop event with 6’ tables. Collateral including banners, AV equipment, and promotional items are welcome on and behind the table. However, your booth cannot exceed the 6’ space – we cannot grant exceptions.
All exhibit material shipped to the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile must use these Shipping Labels.
Exhibit materials may be sent to the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Miles no earlier than Monday, August 9, 2021. Material arriving prior to that date may be subject to an additional storage charge. Material remaining at the Chicago Marriott past August 13th will be subject to a charge.
