COVID-19 MEETING PROTOCOL | 2022 Annual Meeting
January 25-27, 2022
Hilton Fort Worth
It now appears that gatherings in the insurance industry and others will continue to be impacted by Covid-19. In an effort to reduce exposures, we will be taking the following precautions for our January meeting in Fort Worth, TX.
Every attendee will be asked to sign a Covid Meeting Document at registration that will signify agreement and compliance with the INA meeting requirement that you have been vaccinated for COVID-19 – or – have received a negative Covid-19 test within 48 hours prior to arrival. Your signature will also attest to the fact that you are not currently or have not within the past ten (10) days experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath, among others. This document will be available for your signature on-site and is required to receive your name badge. We will not be requiring attendees to bring Vax or testing documents to the event.
The INA event will comply with all local mandates which currently do not require masks for indoor events. We will provide reminders at the meeting that attendees should be respectful of other’s personal preferences for greetings, distancing, and masking. Cooperation with the measures outlined above are designed to make this a safer meeting for you, your business partners, colleagues, and friends.
If you are unable to attend as a result of these protocols or experience symptoms as we get closer to the meeting, please contact us to discuss a meeting credit or refund.
