While there may be differences from carrier to carrier, there are key factors common to the most successful of these relationships. Joe Latella is Assistant Vice President, National Accounts PI at Travelers. He has over 20 years of experience is the Insurance industry with a continued passion for learning the business, and a demonstrated history of working in many areas of the insurance industry. His experience ranges from Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Relationship Management and Property & Casualty Insurance for both the Carrier and Agency side of the business. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree of economics from Union College.

Philip Lucca, MBA, CPCU, CIC, Senior Vice President Field Operations at EMC Insurance Group

Andrew Potalivo, Vice President of Field Operations, Penn National Insurance

Andrew Potalivo serves Penn National Insurance as vice president – Field Operations, and as a board member of the company’s affiliate Partners Mutual Insurance. Potalivo also serves on the board of the company’s subsidiary Penn National Security Insurance Company. Potalivo joined Penn National Insurance in 2002, after serving in underwriting and claims positions at three other insurance carriers. He advanced from territory manager at Penn National Insurance to corporate business development manager, and then returned to field positions including commercial lines underwriting manager and regional vice president. Potalivo’s entire career has involved working with independent insurance agents. Potalivo earned a master’s degree from Boston University’s School of Management and completed executive training at the University of Virginia. Potalivo earned an undergraduate degree in finance from Gannon University. Designations include: CPCU, ARM, AU, AIAF, and CRIS.
